Come join Dick Clarke, a retired member of Local 17, at the Lowell Folk Festival for a demonstration of making tin men.  The 2008 Lowell Folk Festival will be held the weekend of Saturday, July 26 through Sunday, July 27, 2008.  The festival is produced in conjunction with the Lowell National Historical Park, the City of Lowell, the Lowell Festival Foundation, the Greater Merrimack Convention and Vistors Bureau, and the National Council for the Traditional Arts.  Lowell has the largest festival in the region and one of the major folklife festivals in the United States.  The event is free to the public.
